Three Cliffs

The Three Cliffs of Gower have stood proudly since ancient times, their magic and mystery respected by the wolves of the Therafrax pack.  The pack are preparing for their annual meeting with their sister pack, the Nritang, to compete in the games, showing athleticism, strength and power. Caliopia, whose home is at Three Cliffs, is discontent with her life.  At twenty-eight, she is still living at home with her demanding mother.  She is expected to claim a male mate and churn out cubs, something Callie wishes to avoid.  The male scent is repugnant to Callie, and she cannot tolerate the idea of being forced to mate with someone she hasn't chosen for herself.
Wishing for freedom and the chance to make her own choices, Callie is torn over which path to follow. The sister pack arrives in town and the Therafrax hear news that the Nritang have five new members in their group, after suffering huge losses when an attack wiped out their own pack. When Kash Klay walks into Callie's life, she is immediately captivated by her, and her attentiveness is disarming.  Kash is enigmatic, alluring and absolutely gorgeous.  Taken with Callie from the outset, Kash sets out to entice Callie into a physical relationship-making it clear that she finds her extremely attractive. Callie cannot deny that there is an intense, physical connection between the two of them.  When Kash is nearby, Callie can barely think straight, as her scent consumes her, makes her dizzy and arouses her like never before.
Kash has been hurt by the loss of her family, and as she is grieving, has resolved to never fall in love.  Despite her attraction to the gorgeous woman, Callie cannot accept this; especially when she finds her unexpected feelings for the other woman deepening.  When a drunken night results in an accidental claiming, Callie and Kash have no easy answer for the predicament they find themselves in.
