Thomas refused to Live on Second-hand Testimony

For too long, we have treated every kind of faith as the same - as though salvation faith and miracle faith were identical. But they are not. Salvation faith believes in the unseen. It trusts in the Cross, the Resurrection, and the promise of eternal life - things we accept by grace through faith, never by sight. Yet Jesus trained His disciples in a different kind of faith - the faith that comes by seeing the works of God. He did not send them out to perform miracles based on theory. He showed them, again and again, until their faith was formed by sight. "They believed on Him when they saw the miracle He did."
