Tonia George has been a food stylist and recipe writer for eight years. She worked in the cookery departments of various women's magazines before becoming the Food Editor of Britain's leading food magazine, Waitrose Food Illustrated. Tonia is the author of five books to date, including 15-Minute Feasts, One Bowl Suppers and The Tea Cookbook.
