BeOS was officially released in 1995 and was hailed for its advanced multitasking capabilities, efficient file system, and support for multimedia applications.
It was also known for its clean and user-friendly interface, which was a stark contrast to the cluttered and complicated interfaces of other operating systems at the time. Despite its innovative features and capabilities, BeOS struggled to gain traction in the marketplace.
