Andy Byrne grew up in London (UK), Dublin (Ireland) and Luxembourg. Today, home is Sydney, Australia with his wife and son. His writing background was journalism and radio production before moving into screenwriting. The Commonstate is also a TV series in development. In a different storytelling approach, the production will simultaneously develop this accompanying book series. These books are designed to be read by themselves, independent of the screen version in development or as part of it, enhancing the story, its characters and its unique world.
