The Whispering Veil

The Whispering Veil follows Clara Wren, an investigative journalist who returns to her fogbound hometown of Greyhaven after the suspicious death of her sister, Lila. What begins as a search for truth behind an apparent accident quickly becomes something far darker. Clara discovers that Greyhaven is bound to an ancient boundary known as the Veil, a thinning barrier between the living world and something older, watchful, and hungry.
As Clara investigates Lila's final days, she uncovers suppressed town secrets, cryptic folklore, and a sinister connection between the lighthouse, the cliffs, and generations of disappearances. The deeper she digs, the more the Veil responds-through whispers, visions, and distortions of reality-forcing Clara to confront not only supernatural forces but her own guilt for leaving her sister behind.
