Résumé

All you need is love. and a disastrous plan. Naomi Mbugwa has zero interest in fancy fashion and high heels. She'd rather be in a boxing ring. The only reason she'll even consider wearing a dress is for her best friend's wedding. For some unfathomable reason, she agreed to help plan the event. But she didn't agree to look after a newborn piglet. However, this is Teaville, and Granny Esther is determined to soften Naomi's rough edges in the hope she might one day settle down and give an old woman some great-grandchildren.
Hence the practice baby. Worse than the dress and a baby pig is Naomi's planning partner, the groom's brother. Trent Johnny Williams is happy for any excuse to wear a tux. But then his brother has to opt for a country garden wedding. Translation : severely downgraded dress code. Still, it's a free party, even if it's in a hick town in the middle of . he's not even sure where. The bad news is the wedding couple ask him to plan the event which has to be perfect because his mother is in the middle of election season, and all eyes are on the family.
No pressure. The really bad news? Pretty much everyone in Teaville, including the cute but annoying bridesmaid Naomi, is vehemently opposed to his mother's political party. A few of the villagers aren't afraid to play dirty as they attempt to derail not just the election, but the wedding itself. Planning a wedding while dodging politicians, arsonists, and three skinny-dipping grandmothers shouldn't be this difficult.
Problem is, there's nothing easy, orderly, or sane about Teaville and its residents, whatever their species. It's now up to Naomi and Trent to plan the happy event while raising a piglet. But can they set aside politics and fashion preferences to ensure there's an alter for the bride and groom?Eat, Pray, Love meets All Creatures Great and Small in this laugh-out-loud, romantic comedy.
