The end is near. Alexci Golovkin has lost his throne. His mother's betrayal laid open their plans with Roche, and the land he hoped to rule sees him as a traitor. Now he must salvage what he can before his Arriborn identity is discovered and his immediate demise called for. Denis Oravec is a dead man walking. Entered into the Games of Silence with the wounded Dmitriy, it's only a matter of time before one or both of them are put against an opponent they can't beat.
After witnessing the evils in Darkness Arena, Denis prepares for the day when he himself fights in a death match-and hopes that Dmitriy won't be the one to kill him. Král Innokentiy now knows Taliyaven's long-kept secret, and it's only a matter of time before his army braves the Pathless Forest to wage war against the Talinae. The destruction ordered by wordsmith Henadz has weakened the skill residing in Talinae singers, and they are unsuspecting of their coming doom. Find Alexci.
