Lord Percy Grey, Viscount Shrewsbury, had been Lady Deborah Storm's fascination since she was ten and four, not that she ever told anyone, of course. Percy hadn't even noticed her until she was older and began to speak with her, which only deepened Deborah's infatuation. She intentionally treated him no differently than she would a friend while he made promises, only later to be broken.
