This book is a result of nearly 30 years of experience in the areas of cardiovascular fitness, raw nutrition, holistic health practices, and the reversal of aging through strict lifestyle habits. I constructed these contents to assist you in your knowledge of key practices that are designed to help you in the knowledge of rules surrounding anti-aging and longevity. We will look at many aspects that relate not only to the body, but also to the mind and soul/spirit.

If the information presented here is carefully followed, you will begin seeing changes in the way you look and feel within a couple weeks. I have roughly divided this book into 3 sections. The 1st part discusses mental or spiritual practices that have anti-aging properties.
The 2nd section reviews how you can connect to The Universe to slow your aging down. The last portion gives detailed physical actions you can take [e.g., exercise and diet] that will give you many extra years of life. In this final section you will find 10 Secret Anti-Aging practices to give you decades more of life. The 10th and final Secret will explain how much the body is affected negatively (or positively) by stressful-anxious or joyous thoughts.

Biographie de Jacob Mazone

"Sir Jacob" Mazone (aka "Green Desert" Mazone) is an artist-writer-visionary born in 1962. He has researched and practiced self-improvement for in excess of 35 years. Much of the content of his Anti-Aging and Longevity writing comes from clinical studies and objective data surrounding lowering physiological age markers. Important elements of Mazone's books include Superfoods, fitness, raw nutrition, holistic health practices, and the reversal of aging through strict lifestyle habits.
Other objective data found within his books relates to measurable health benefits from a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet. Mazone also writes from experience obtained by working 7 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry, and over 22 years of research as a distance running coach; and as a record holding competitive runner.
