The newest name on the list is Pope Innocent IX. Cabal is the only surviving insider who knows the Network's structure, its methods, and the mechanism chosen to eliminate the Bishop of Rome. With three weeks left to live, he demands an extraction to Vatican City in exchange for everything he knows.
