The System Within

The system was never broken. It was waiting to change. Kael never intended to become part of it. When a failing network begins to behave in ways no one can explain, Kael is pulled into a shifting reality where structure collapses, paths no longer hold, and the system itself begins to respond. What starts as a search for answers quickly turns into a fight for survival as unseen forces move to control what remains.
But the deeper Kael goes, the more the system changes, and the more it changes him. Hunted by those who seek to isolate and command the network, Kael is forced into an impossible choice. Hold the system together and become trapped within it, or let it fracture and risk losing everything connected to it. As the boundaries between man and system begin to blur, one truth becomes clear.
