The Sheriff of Salem

Seamus Vorbex has had a long career in law enforcement. But after a tragic accident on the job, his confidence shatters, leaving him on extended desk duty. His exciting and meaningful career has slowly morphed into a mind-numbing existence devoid of genuine fulfillment. This discontentment doesn't go unnoticed by his wife, Stephanie. With hopes of improving her husband's life and career, she takes it upon herself to send his resume to Kim Dulouz, the mayor of Salem, who is seeking a new Essex County sheriff to fill the position in the newly built station.
The Vorbex family doesn't know much about Salem, and the name Giles Corey doesn't ring any bells. At least not until they decide to start a new life there. With Walter Paradise, the local conspiracy theorist, doing everything he can to get the sheriff's attention, and a crime family doing everything they can to sabotage his career, he struggles to understand why his life seems to be falling apart.
