Across the border, Prince Kaelor Brimholt feels the same inexplicable recognition when he hears the construct's final word. Their kingdoms have spent centuries defining themselves through opposition. Elyndor views Knightmere as an aggressive power waiting for an excuse to invade. Knightmere believes Elyndor has buried dangerous knowledge beneath treaties and political restraint. Now both courts claim authority over the newly exposed ruins, while their councils dismiss warnings, suppress records, and prepare for renewed conflict.
