One of Harlequin/ Mills & Boon's most long-standing authors, Sara Craven has sold over 30 million books around the world. She published her first novel, Garden of Dreams, in 1975 and wrote for Mills & Boon/ Harlequin for over 40 years. Former journalist Sara also balanced her impressing writing career with winning the 1997 series of the UK TV show Mastermind, and standing as Chairman of the Romance Novelists' Association from 2011 to 2013.
Sara passed away in November 2017. Jessica Steele started work as a junior clerk when she was sixteen but her husband spurred Jessica on to her writing career, giving her every support while she did what she considers her five-year apprenticeship (the rejection years) while learning how to write. To gain authentic background for her books, she has travelled and researched in Hong Kong, China, Mexico, Japan, Peru, Russia, Egypt, Chile and Greece.
