The Range War - Clean Historical Western Romance

On the Oklahoma plains in the late nineteenth century, a farmer's daughter has done the unthinkable. She has fallen in love with a Cowboy. At a time when Farmers and Cattle ranchers are constantly squabbling over rights to land and water, Emily Porter and Gideon Elison have managed to set aside their differences and form a strong bond. Emily's father has even come to approve of the match, despite the protests of Ben Johnson, a neighboring farmer who believes Elison to be unworthy of Emily's hand. But, when the Porter's farm is ravaged by a cattle herd, Emily's father is convinced that Gideon is behind it.
He withdraws his consent from their courtship. Emily, still desperately in love with Gideon, is determined to prove his innocence. But, she has no evidence and no way to convince her father that someone else was behind the crime. What's more, with a hearing drawing closer, Emily is running out of time. Can she save her fiance from her father's wrath? Can she save her father's farm from sure destruction? Or, will she discover that both have fallen beyond repair.
