The Quiet Alchemist

In a city where talent is suppressed by standardisation, an unstable element makes an appearance. A Big Brother corporation called The Foundation engineers the lives and thoughts of the inhabitants through an active, predictive algorithm. It funnels ambition into narrow, pre-approved channels and allows just enough dissatisfaction to ensure productivity and passive compliance. Elias Thorne has other thoughts about this situation, and he is determined to transform human apathy into conviction, but Elias poses an existential threat to The Foundation's purpose.
In an effort to change the status quo, the Quiet Alchemist initiates a simple life-changing experience for a few individuals, all of whom are destined to end the reign of terror of the cold-hearted Director, Vivian Sloane and her militaristic disciples. Hope is one variable of which the Foundation does not approve. To them, it's a tool that could render their organisation and their optimised control system useless.
