The Promise

Joel Ramsey feels the need to serve the God who rescued him from near death as an aborted baby. Returning from Nepal as a missionary doctor, his is finding it difficult to adjust to the affluent American lifestyle. Concerned with his adopted mother's battle with cancer, he feels compelled to abandon his work in Nepal, but struggles with God's purpose for his life. That is, until he learns about Human Trafficking in his own country.
Shaken by the condition of a young girl, Brandi, brought into the ER, he becomes involved in saving her from the lifestyle she is now committed to.
