Gary and Joe head into a city of turmoil after a young black man was killed at the hands of four police officers. The family is looking for justice for Kenny, a young man who turned his life around and was killed without reason. The investigation takes some hits as the police department isn't cooperating with Gary and Joe as they are trying to find answers. This case is more emotional for Gary as this hits home because he has a young black son growing up in society.
