Résumé
Never underestimate the power of choice. It ranks second only to belief in the influence that it has over our lives. Humans share in common with all other living things the subconscious drives that propel us through life. But only human beings have the power to choose the way in which they will live out their life. Whereas other living things act by instinct, humans act by choice. Choice is a strong decision that should only be made in line with the word and knowledge of God.
Many great men and woman in the bible made their choices through inspiration and their belief in the word of God. Without the word of God, this life would be a miserable place to live in. As every country have their law to guide them, so the word of God to guide us in this world. Sadly, though some people still live a painful life with it. Through the various choices made, some people are regretting while others are rejoicing.
If there is one great power that God has benevolently given to mankind, it is the power to choose. This power, which was classically highlighted in the Garden of Eden, was not an exclusive preserve for Adam and Eve, but an on-going right which face us each day with decisions, either major or minor. It is the choice you make in the course of your living that determines how your life turns out.
