Meserplunkt is a pirate captain of a ship called the Silver Raven. While on the Pole, a planet used by pirates for carnal pleasures, Meserplunkt finds a map to the Dragonworld, and the treasures hidden there. Before he can steal the treasure he must thwart the plans of his mutinous first mate and then avoid the intrigue of a civil war taking place on the Dragonworld.
