Résumé

Percy is no ordinary penguin-while the rest of his colony slurps fish stew and eats icy snacks, Percy has fallen in love with something unusual: hot chocolate. At first, no one takes him seriously. Penguins laugh at his foamy mustache, puffins roll their eyes, and even seals shake their heads. But Percy refuses to give up. With the help of his feisty puffin friend Coco, his marshmallow-obsessed seal pal Marshy, and the wise old Granny Puffin, Percy forms the very first Hot Chocolate Club at the South Pole.
Together, they introduce mugs of warm, sweet cocoa to the colony-and soon, even the most skeptical penguins are hooked. Not everyone is happy, though. The grumpy walrus Captain Waldo, proud defender of fish stew, is furious. He vows to sabotage Percy's cocoa at every turn-whether by ruining shipments of cocoa beans, trying to destroy the café, or crashing the celebrations. Through clever tricks, teamwork, and a whole lot of marshmallows, Percy and his friends outsmart Waldo again and again.
At last, during the very first Festival of Hot Chocolate, Waldo makes one last attempt to stop them-only to discover, to his surprise, that he actually likes cocoa after all. With enemies turned friends and hot chocolate firmly established as a new tradition, the South Pole is never the same again. Every winter, the colony gathers for the Festival of Hot Chocolate, raising mugs to warmth, joy, and the penguin who started it all.
