During the writing of this book, I had a lot of assistance. The names of those assisting me are in the section of acknowledgements. This book adds a lot of background to the previous book I wrote, The Alternative.
The writing is kept concise and to the point; I avoided lengthy explanations to fill pages. Enjoy the reading, and try to find your way on the path to discover the secrets of our consciousness. Meditation is not something that separates people from life; it is part of life itself, and it assists those that learn this art to lead a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
