Résumé
Anxiety disorders affect approximately 284 million people worldwide making anxiety the most prevalent mental health disorder that exists today. Anxiety is an endless cycle of fear, guilt and misery. I know exactly what it is like to live in that cycle. After suffering for many years I knew that I had to escape from this horrific state of anxiety and fear. As I suffered over the years, I also learned invaluable information and healing methods from many different professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, doctors, nurses and even support groups.
With all of their expertise, and an insatiable desire to heal, I was able to develop a six step plan to completely heal from anxiety disorder/panic disorder/agoraphobia. I took everything that I had learned and practiced over the years and I figured out the steps that I would need to take in order to heal. I know that my plan works because I have healed by using it, and I have also helped others heal.
I promised myself that if I could heal from my six step plan then I would help others. I am not a doctor, nor do I claim to hold any medical degree, but I do know what it is like firsthand to suffer and "heal" from severe anxiety disorder. These steps in my book are easy to understand and execute. With some patience and work, my plan works to completely heal and finally break free from anxiety disorder.
