Brad is down on his luck. His lease has six weeks left, but he has not yet started looking for an apartment because of his coursework in graduate school. Compounding the problem is that he is a closeted crossdresser and afraid of finding another roommate that will not understand his fetish. Enter Brad's friend Josie, a transsexual classmate who has an open room in her three-bedroom condo. During a study session, Josie starts to get hot and heavy with Brad.
They end up back at Josie's condo, where she gives Brad (Brandi) some lessons in crossdressing and being a sissy. The new BFF's start to play and when Josie's roommate Greg comes home, Brandi discovers that she has found her new apartment.
