Résumé

An entertaining, frivolous romp through the colliding worlds of family, friends, football, and food! The three Quick brothers hail from the town of Evergreen, Colorado, nestled in the mountains west of Denver, and are generally beloved by all of the mountain residents. They have, however, made a handful of enemies, in part because of their superior athletic prowess and in part because their parents are rich, famous, and powerful.
After the school janitor topples out of Easton Quick's football locker on the afternoon of the biggest playoff win in Evergreen High School history, Easton and his twin brothers are hauled off to jail and charged with the first degree murder of Augustus Glory. The fact that their dad is the most prominent sports agent west of the Mississippi and that their mom and their grandma Jillie Swing are bestselling authors only adds to the boys' troubles.
¡Ay, caramba! The Quick brothers take matters into their own hands, at substantial peril to themselves, which only makes things worse. Easton, Ellison, and Everson Quick know what to do on the football field, but getting themselves out from under a murder charge is a whole other story. Have the boys sealed their own fate with their amateur sleuthing on the case?
