The Mutant Files

David Reynolds is the first natural born mutant.  His ability isn't mild or cute.  Adopting the self imposed code-name of Heartquake, David takes many different matters into his own hands.  With the authorities hunting him as a serial killer, they think he is one of the most horrible monsters to ever walk the streets.  He shouldn't even appear as human, but he does.  When he confronts killers who are investing in crime, his powers tend to wake up in a most terrible manner.
 As the first in a long line of incredible people who decide to shape their society in a positive light while using rather dark methods, the growing team must deal with the issues in their personal lives in order to stay focused on the tasks at hand.  With a few misunderstandings and eventual Government help, they form an agency that works hard to do what is right for all of society.  It's an incredibly difficult job, especially with the onset of evil mutants who decide that crime is a better use for their increasing powers, with no help from evil Politicians who develop a biological weapon in an attempt to cleanse humanity of these pesky mutants.
 Will the human race accept these new powered people who grew up among them, or will the outcry from terrified Elites in our Government find a way to kill way too many people?  Humans and mutants who decide that working together can make for a better future, work hard to defeat some of the worst evil to infect the human soul.  Join the adventure, follow along with events that will take all of mankind down a very different path.
