The Mice and the Bear

Bienkie and Mienkie went with Daddy Mouse and Mother Mouse to visit friends who lived in the countryside. There was a big river and large mountains near their village. Daddy Mouse told them to be careful of bears when they played in the woods nearby. They were jumping over a sleeping bear when the bear grabbed Riekie. He begged the bear to set him free. A week later they heard the bear roaring and the three little friends ran to help him.
The bear was caught in a hunter's net. The three little mice set him free by nibbling through the net. They were so pleased that they could save the bear from the hunters.
