The Loya Case

A murder case solved too quickly. A mother and sister who won't accept the police's explanations, and a woman serving time after confessing to the crime. Police respond to a call at an abandoned dock. They find a severely injured woman and a dead man whose finger has been amputated but is missing from the crime scene. Hours later, the woman will confess to the young man's murder, and the case will be closed.
Carlota Marquez and her mother refuse to believe that Nerea Loya could have committed the murder alone. They find it impossible to think that someone with injuries as severe as those the young woman had when she was found could have ended Oliver Márquez's life without an accomplice.
