The Long, Strange and Holy Journey of Brother Jerome

The King of The Middle Kingdom has seemingly gone mad, not only terrorizing his own people but sending forth troops to wage war against all the other surrounding kingdoms. To make matters worse, prophecy seems to indicate the end times have come upon the world. Brother Jerome is a simple man, but once many years ago he was a soldier, and after the destruction of his monastery he finds himself on a journey to unravel the truth about the prophecy and perhaps to play an important role in it himself.
He sets out upon a long path which takes him to all the known lands and beyond, and along the way he makes companions and enemies, and faces friendship and betrayal, the angelic and the demonic. In the end, only Brother Jerome holds the key to a new world, one beyond the terrors of any mortal king. But first Jerome must come to understand not only himself, but his place within the world and his place within God's plans for him.
Only then can a true savior be discovered.
