Résumé
In the Christmas season of 1998, the Mafia Union is planning to sell a case of stolen nanobots to The Scorpions and their nexus of allies' intent on developing devastating weapons of mass genocide, which will escalate World War III. Konstantin Lurtsev is close to becoming Prime Minister of Russia and in time president, and Arnold Schnieder drew detached youths to the Order of Neo-Nazis like moths to a flame, and the Celts who broke from the Provisional Irish Republican Army are prominent allies to The Scorpions and intent on inflicting revenge on England.
Thomas Devon is one of the subdivided kids drawn to their cause, and a childhood friend of General Jack Stamper of the Fourth Covert Militia. Having almost succumbed to a similar fate, General Stamper will do anything to appeal to Thomas's humanity. Every interaction with Thomas it looks more and more impossible, with Charlie O'Connell who lured him to the Celts and the Dark Warlord Janus making him relish violence.
Rifts in his family, make it even more difficult for Jack as more new foes emerge along with figures from their childhood making it look impossible for Thomas to convert.
