The Loan

Jeremy is outside in his front garden when a young woman who lives a few houses further on passes by. He's noticed her before. Maybe that's the reason he is out there, hoping she passes. The young woman, a recent mother, comes into sight but now she is crying. Something has happened. He invites her inside and there he finds out her name is Lisa, and she is to be evicted for rent arrears. Jeremy makes her an offer, a loan, but how can she possibly repay it. A sensitive age gap romance between an older man and a much younger woman.
