Tiberius Jácint Parker is an accomplished professional in the world of publishing and editing, an academic, artist, and all-around scholar. Most importantly, she's the best friend of up-and-coming indie author Lavender Penner. Tiberius took Lavender up on the offer of not only being her editor but also mentoring her into becoming a published author.
