Words mean things. And Samantha Turner should know that better than anyone. One small problem; some environmental foundation has filed an injunction against the development based on its proximity to a wild life reserve. Between Rosemary Ingersoll's environmental foundation and Sam's fiery tongue, Troy may have bitten off more than he can chew. Oh, yes, those infamous words: "Troy Roberts, I wouldn't marry you if you were the last cowboy in Texas!"
