Résumé

They didn't want to go to the party. Now they'll be lucky to leave alive! After the last time she tried and failed to use her magic, amateur witch Jenny Ringo has quit magic altogether for a simpler life with a nine to five job. Unfortunately, she and her flatmate and friend, Gavin have discovered there's something strange going on in their building. Having no ability to conjure spells himself, Gavin is convinced it's time for Jenny to use her powers to help them, even though Jenny is trying to live her life enchantment free.
Unable to get out of the building, tensions between the friends run high, so they accept an invite to a party happening at another resident's flat. Once they begin meeting the neighbors, they realize there's more to the people next door than they thought. As they plunge deeper into a dangerous world of vampires, werewolves, and magic they don't understand, Gavin has to convince Jenny her spells are the key to their salvation.
In true Jenny and Gavin fashion, laughable calamities coupled with a horrifying twist keep the roller coaster of an evening going, at least until they can figure out what is happening at this party.
