Isabeau van der Merwe returns to Willowmore to avenge the lies that destroyed her family. Operating from an observatory, she spies on Madeline Cloete's elite circle, uncovering corruption among judges, officials and a crooked landscaper. Teaming with reporter Jonah van Schalkwyk, Detective Lana Khumalo and reluctant Sheriff Eli Pretorius, she retrieves a damning ledger and orchestrates exposés at a spring gala.
