A Londoner originally, Isobel Blackthorn has chalked up over seventy addresses to date, in various locations in England, Australia, Spain and the Canary Islands. Elements of her extraordinary life have a habit of finding their way into her fiction, providing her with a ready supply of inspiration. Unlike her characters, Isobel now lives with her little white cat in Queensland, Australia. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, learning Spanish, visiting family and friends and travelling overseas, especially to the Canary Islands.
