7 Lives. No One. No Thing. Ever. Dies. SX267, the main character, commits suicide in his most recent past life and journeys to a location in the universe called Transitory. Others there like SX267, are condemned to serve as Life-Reassignment Stewards (LRSs) that assist people who've died on Earth, are resurrected in Transitory and have been selected to choose who or what they will be in their next life.
Once their decision is made, the chosen souls' are sent back to Earth to be reborn. Along with the LRSs, Transitory is filled with Light and Dark Guardians that either help or hinder the conflicted souls. Angry and resentful due to the failings and disappointments he endured in his past lives, SX267 wants revenge on all humanity. To do so, he devises a plan that could destroy lives on Earth as well as in Transitory.
The visions of his multiple past lives, his addiction to a prism and his bidding relationship with the frail and lovely PX607 allow readers to discover and decipher his inevitable path towards redemption and renewal that is not unlike the soul journeys we all experience.
