Résumé

The first prompt I typed unlocked a whole new world of possibility. It reminded me of the gunslingers I used to watch in spaghetti westerns like The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. I felt I had the most advanced gun in the wild west and I could win every duel. Hundreds if not thousands of prompts later, I have realized that the most advanced tool in the world isn't going to solve some of my major business decisions.
We're living in an age where everyone is chasing the next shiny object, AI, automation, the latest growth hack. And I was there too; I believed that a good prompt would unlock infinite possibilities and to some extent it did. But in the midst of the new digital revolution, I rediscovered an old and important truth: technology doesn't build businesses. People do. In The Good, the Great, and the Lovely, I outline six principles that can help your business grow in an increasingly competitive and cluttered digital world.  Regardless of whether your business is digital empire or selling goats in a remote rural area in Zimbabwe called Mbire, it will not thrive unless it meets a customer need with a viable solution and competes effectively in the market.
Profitability and cash flow are directly linked to how you structure your business around these principles:The Good: A genuine human need you've identified and chosen to solve A solution that effectively addresses that need The Great A positioning in the market that creates competitive advantages Experience effects the deliver cost efficiencies The Lovely Profits that give you impact and influence Cash flows that make your business sustainable The Good serves as the spark of creation, while the Great is the execution paradigm that involves developing the structures, process and systems necessary for lasting success.
The Lovely reflects the enduring impact of what you have built, evident in the profitable feedback and results you achieve. Create, execute and impact. These elements are not merely linear stages of growth but dimensions of mastery. Every business leader and creator must learn to engage with all three to truly thrive in today's and tomorrow's digital landscape. This book is about building something lasting.
