The Gods' Search for Purity is an epic, philosophical sci-fi/fantasy saga spanning 5 billion years of Earth's history. Ancient luminous beings called the Alohim-refugees from their own self-destructive civilization-seed our planet five times, refining life's "grain" to favor symbiosis, sharing, and cooperation over conquest and hierarchy. They watch microbial mats become multicellular life, dinosaurs rise and fall, early humans stand upright, and civilizations repeatedly spiral into war, empire, and nuclear fire.
After six apocalyptic failures, the Alohim make one final intervention: they erect a seamless black granite sphere (146.6 meters tall, exactly 280 royal cubits) as an eternal beacon of regret and hope. Hybrids raise it in months; a grieving carpenter named Theo is chosen to receive the Book of Paths inside its hidden chamber. The teachings are simple yet infinite: create life, live in peace, choose kindness when hatred screams loudest, forgive when revenge sings sweetest.
