Kelley learned through alot of hard work and determination that having a disability can't stop you from doing what you want to do. All it can do, is slow you down a bit, until you learn to work around it.

Kelley still have trouble with seeing printed items, up close and far away, even after she began wearing a pair of glasses. Before the age of ten, Kelley learned she had juvenile glaucoma and might eventually lose her eyesight. Yet, even after taking medication for her condition, she still had trouble in school. Eventually, she was labeled as being visuallly-handicapped and not visually-impaired. Fortunately, Kelley found a way to deal with her disability while in high school and later on, she made her way to college and graduated as an honor graduate. This is her story....
