The Ghost of Ravenwood

1920When John Williamson dies, his estate is divided between his two sons. George inherits the greater share of the family fortune. Igor - a solicitor residing in London - inherits something far more unsettling: Ravenwood Manor. Isolated in the Welsh countryside and long abandoned, the grim eighteenth-century estate carries with it a history steeped in tragedy, unexplained deaths, and whispered rumours of things that should not walk.
Determined to rebuild his life away from the capital, Igor resolves to take up residence at the manor - dismissing the warnings, ignoring the legends, and silencing the unease that follows him through its gates. But Ravenwood is not simply an old house. As the nights wear on, shadows begin to move through the corridors. Figures emerge from the mist that clings to the lake. And the secrets buried by the Williamson family - deep, deliberate, unrepented - begin to surface.
Between ghosts of the past, concealed crimes, and a mysterious presence known only as the man in the top hat, Igor will come to understand that some inheritances carry far more than money or land. Some inheritances carry a curse. And Ravenwood may well be where his story ends.
