Résumé

Transfixed, Odan lifted his face to the sun and watched as the Master took her place on the top of the pyramid. The Oracle alone knows that the future has already occurred just as the past has yet to happen. Aware as she is that the destruction of Atlantis is inevitable, she must witness the struggle between Altea, Holy Sister from the Order of the Sun, and Odan, High King of Atlantis, as they come to terms with their roles in the nation's destiny.
The forces of darkness, in a myriad of archetypes, are everywhere encouraging the growing separation from the Source. Determined to uncover the deception of duality, the ostracised leaders from the House of One are compelled to preach the existence of the One Truth. Can there be a victor in this struggle for peace?
Born in Hobart, Tasmania, Pam Giblin has been writing and self-publishing works of fiction both under her full name and, for a time, under her nom-de-plume, Selenna, since 1992. Pam writes in the genre of Archetypal Fiction (past, present and future) and focuses on the importance of Mythology and Symbolism as a vehicle to empower her readers with uplifting fictional works. In the 1990s, she produced a year-long nationally-syndicated radio series, Wounded Healer, that drew all of these components together in a blend of readings and punctuating music to explore the various aspects of Personal Empowerment.
Her latest project, a trilogy, focuses upon trauma, secrets and the resilience of the human spirit. Initiated during the Covid lockdown when time was abundant, it developed to include the effects of trauma experienced through war and forced adoption."The first and second books were 'back stories' that grew into their own. Although I have always enjoyed the stories of history and am fascinated by how it impacts our lives, it was a bit of a surprise to find myself writing about the early and mid-20th century.
It was only as the trauma experienced by one of my main characters developed, that I become aware of how war continues its destructive path impacting future generations."My writing is driven by the desire to dream the impossible and create a pathway to peace for humanity. Hopefully, it also informs the question of how we might find resolution and create personal peace."Pam continues to live in Tasmania, Australia.
