Neuroscientist Jaleh Kezri has created a genetically modified protein that can be activated by remote transmission. Once inside the bloodstream, it can program the brain to fight disease. But for those with darker intentions, it can be directed to cause pain and sickness...even death. A small group of powerful men wants to establish a totalitarian world government. They plan to infect the world's population with the protein.
