Résumé

The bustling streets of Manhattan are no stranger to crime, but when a Latina is brutally raped and murdered in the heart of the city, it sends shockwaves through the community. The victim, a young Latina in her early teens is found brutally raped and murdered on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in what is known as Spanish Harlem. Her legs were spread wide and her breasts severed from her chest, she was savagely stabbed multiple times.
Her clothing was piled neatly by her naked body that the killer discarded like yesterday's trash. And in her mouth, CSI found a sick and twisted poem. It was a horrific bloody scene as the Latina teens' breasts and panties could not be found. Soon after, another Latina was found raped and brutally murdered on the upper Eastside of Harlem and it became clear to the authorities that a sexual predator was targeting Latina teens in the upper East Harlem area and a serial rapist and murderer was on the loose.
To add to the crime wave now affecting the City of New York is the influx of thugs entering the city as a result of its Sanctuary Laws, which have permitted literally thousands of migrates to pour into the Big Apple stretching the city's finances to the max. Comprised of mostly males, these illegal aliens are part of the seedy side of New York City who are involved in robbery, drugs and murder that creates the backdrop of the East Harlem Murders.
Assigned to the case is detective Errol Bullet, a seasoned investigator in his forties who has seen his fair share of gruesome crimes. Bullet is known for his sharp wit and unorthodox methods, but also for his love of Jack Daniels bourbon and Marlboro cigarettes. With his trusted partner, detective Stephanie Edwards, by his side, Bullet and Edwards delve into the world of the victims, trying to piece together their final moments.
Ripped from the pages of actual events, the East Harlem Murders is a look into the seedy side of New York City and the possible effects of not property vetting asylum seekers under Sanctuary laws and its actual cost to society. From the first rape and murder to the capture and trial of what some journalists have coined The devil From Hell, the East Harlem Murders is a must-read for any crime fiction fan.
So, grab a glass of Jack Daniels or your favorite brew or coffee and get ready to be taken on a thrilling journey through the down and dirty streets of the upper Eastside of Manhattan
