The Detour to Destiny

When Arthur "Artie" Reed, a hopeless romantic with a knack for accidental property damage, finds a ten-year-old unsent letter from his high school sweetheart, Daisy, he realizes he made a massive mistake. According to the letter, she didn't leave him because she stopped loving him-she left because of a ridiculous misunderstanding involving a pet ferret and a misunderstood voicemail. Determined to win her back, Artie enlists his two best friends: Mac, a cynical lawyer who uses sarcasm as a shield, and Leo, a gentle-hearted professional chef who is currently having a breakdown because he "lost his seasoning soul." The trio embarks on a cross-country road trip in a vintage, neon-orange RV nicknamed The Tangerine Dream.
As they navigate bizarre roadside attractions, accidental small-town festivals, and various mechanical failures, the journey shifts from a quest for a "lost love" to a deep exploration of their own lives. Through witty banter, slapstick mishaps, and moments of profound vulnerability, the three men learn that while you can't rewrite the past, you can certainly laugh at it until the future looks a lot brighter.
