Résumé
Comedian, Jessica It's All Good, is not only a master at entertaining and public speaking, but she has also helped thousands get on stage with confidence. So where did it all start? The Cure For Stage Fright (A Memoir: My Journey to the Stage, & the Lessons Along the Way) is a collection of significant stories from her life. All of these stories are a part of what helped Jessica in the area of performing for live audiences.
Before writing this book, she taught students of all ages in the areas of theatre, improv, modeling and stand-up comedy. When teaching, she would refer to several of these stories to help motivate students. Jessica often joked about putting them in a book one day. She wasn't actually serious when she joked of this in the past. Well she finally got serious, and here we are! In reading this book, you will pick up on Jessica making an attempt to be funny.
Hopefully, you will also be able to take these true stories and apply the lessons learned from them to your own life. Well at least when it comes to the area of public speaking and/or performing in front of a live audience.
