Mark Lange Jr. is an established leader, educator, and coaching veteran with over two decades of experience building successful, positive team environments across multiple sports. From coaching 3-year-olds to directing university programs, his unique approach blends high-level competitive strategy with foundational teaching principles. He most recently served as the Head Men's Field Lacrosse Coach at Carleton University from 2019 to 2025, and has spoke at multiple coaching conference In addition to his coaching career, Mark is a dedicated K-8th grade teacher, giving him an unparalleled perspective on motivation, development, and team dynamics.
He lives in Carp, ON, with his wife, Lynlea, and their three children: CJ, Xander, and Mia.
