The Comstock County Feud

The murder of Ian MacGregor had started a chain of events that his son couldn't stop. Cullen had left the area for good, or so he thought, but he was determined to find the person who killed his father. It was a perfect cover story for the second reason for his trip back to a lot of memories. Someone was printing money and distributing it across the country, and although the clues were vague, it required the Secret Service to investigate.
It was an ideal out of the way place where the biggest distraction was the ongoing seventy-year-old feud. Because everyone in this part of the country mistrusted strangers, it was hard to investigate, but since Cullen MacGregor had such a good cover story, the job fell to him. He soon learned that a cover story was not enough to keep him alive as the bullets began to fly. Death was not a stranger to him, but it was the love of a mountain woman that opened up his new life.
