As of 2016 I've been working in the airline industry as a flight attendant for nearly two decades. My entire career in the transportation industry spans over 45 years. In all those various jobs and positions, customer service skills have always been important. But none of them top some of the situations I've encountered onboard a pressurized metal tube, hurtling through the air at 36, 000 feet. This story is an example of one such incident. It is a true story.
